What types of image files do you accept?
We can accept photographs in a number of formats (.jpg, .bmp, .tiff). Don't worry about the file size, the larger the better. A larger picture will allow us to better see the details needed to create your illustration.
I can't decide which photograph will make a better portrait. Can you help?
Yes. Simply submit photographs that you are considering. We will look over your submissions and make a
recommendation on which photo would make a better portrait, and why.
Do I get to see my artwork before I receive it?
Yes, We will send you a proof of your artwork for approval before we send it to print.
Will I receive a notification from your company after I place the order?
Yes, we will contact you soon after an order is placed. We will provide you with the information and steps to proceed to the next stage.
I want to order more than one portrait. Do you offer discounts?
We will provide you with a discount of 20% off for 3 or more orders. Additional copies of your portrait can be ordered when we contact you to confirm your order.
Do you offer framing?
We do not offer framing at this moment.
