By ordering from Bc Studios you agree to our policies and terms.
Delivery time
Bc Studios generally completes customer orders within 20 business days from confirmation of order. Even though illustration deadline is appx. 10-15 business days, Please add additional time for print and delivery of your order.
Payment terms
Payment is required before we start on your portrait. Bc Studios accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, via paypal) and checks. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
Cancellation policy
All orders can be cancelled before payments.
Right to refuse order
Bc Studios reserves the right to refuse any customer order. If an order is regarded as inappropriate we will contact you before beginning your portrait to discuss changes needed.
Shipping
Bc Studios standard shipping is UPS ground at no charge to you. Orders
are shipped directly from the printer with tracking info provided at time of shipping.
Damages
All products are shipped in good condition. All shipments are insured. If you receive your order damaged we require that you inform us immediately and provide us with pictures and documentation of the damage. We will then send out another print as soon as possible.
